- All phases of implementation, design, maintenance, upgrades, and special customization of E7000 in hospitals and multi-facility health systems
- Support and development of E7000 clinical applications for Nursing, Pharmacy, Physicians, Patient Records, Radiology and several other ancillary departments; secondary responsibility for PAD, Laboratory, etc. Special projects have included Auto IV scheduling; Pharmacy, Lab, and Radiology interface development; Nurse Care Planning; and Clinical Paths
- Extensive E7000 coding experience including Advanced RFT, Advanced Matrix, PXT, HPT, GENGEN, MMF, MOT, MIT, BCF, NIT, NTT, Exdefs, Parsers, Function Managers, A1ADTB, P1AATB, M1AATB, MDRA, general tables and files, plus personal and department order sets.
- Experience with McKesson HMM Pharmacy implementations, application support, maintenance: inventory, service & therapy types, order entry, frequencies, routes, PCU’s, etc., and Interface Console troubleshooting.

- Design, development, and support of multiple system Interfaces including Pharmacy, Pulmonary, Transcription, Radiology, Bed-tracking, and Lab.
- Clinical IT assessments, development of work plans, data collection, design, development, testing, development of training materials and programs, and user support of clinical staff.
- Leadership and facilitation of Clinical IS Steering Committees, Process Improvement Projects, and Clinical Transformation Initiatives.
- Skilled at resolving diverse problems requiring diplomacy, judgment, and careful analysis of situations and/or data.
- Strong working knowledge of internal hospital functioning, communication, department charge procedures, Patient Accounts billing and collection, and Medical Records diagnosis coding and record-keeping.
